ABOUT ME
Josué McGrath | Executive Team Coach & Consultant
Most of the leaders I work with aren't lacking talent or vision. They're caught in the conversations that slow everything down. Unclear roles, unspoken tensions, teams that can't quite get in sync.
I help leaders and teams break those patterns.
Before coaching, I spent twenty years working across two very different worlds: the nonprofit sector and the creative and marketing industry. Leading teams, managing clients, navigating the tension between purpose, people, and results. That experience isn't just context. It's what makes the work different.
I'm a certified Ontological Coach (Newfield Network) and Generative Leadership Consultant (Institute for Generative Leadership), with degrees in communications and pedagogy from the University of Puerto Rico. Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, I work in both English and Spanish with leaders and organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean.
My clients come from different industries and sectors, private companies, agencies, and nonprofits, but they share something in common: they lead people, they care about doing it well, and something in the dynamic of their team or organization feels like it could be better.
